Cascade Property Pros was founded in 2024 by Matthew Overholt after he gained extensive experience working with a tree removal company. That experience exposed him to the importance of proper pruning, plant health, seasonal timing, and disciplined property care in the Pacific Northwest.

Matthew started Cascade Property Pros to build a company around a higher standard of service: thoughtful recommendations, quality workmanship, proactive communication, and reliable follow-through. He believes property owners should not have to chase contractors, explain the same issue repeatedly, or wonder whether the work was completed properly.
